As an internal consultant working with a project team, Susan Coote designed and facilitated a transformation programme within field service management in BT Retail. This involved redesigning the workplace and management processes to align, empower and engage employees and focus management activity within local business units. She also worked with the BT Payment Processing teams to facilitate their very successful self directed team programme.
