Susan is a transformation and change consultant skilled in creating workplaces where productive employee engagement is a natural outcome.
Her work has gained EFQM recognition for innovative approach in developing Self-Directed Teamworking within large organisations.
She is experienced in working between cultures and has worked in many regions including Africa, India, Europe and the Caribbean.
She has a strong interest in optimising employee engagement and performance through establishing effective leadership throughout the organisation and delivering enabling support processes and structures.
Susan is a member of the Institute of Business Consultants, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the British Psychological Society and the Institute of Directors.

- Design and delivery of executive leadership development centre
- Designed and delivered multi-lateral telecommunications conference events for an international development organisation
- Introducing EU funding to a Caribbean intermediary organisation and facilitating projects for development of a web portal and preparation of new spectrum management policy
- Design and implementation of a management capability framework in a Directorate of a major UK FTSE 100 company
- Facilitation of management structures and processes for an e-business
- Strategic review of executive team objectives relative to employee line of sight
